Now these photos are a study in warmth, in sharp contrast to the coldness of the last set. There are multiple ways to increase the warmth of the photos taken, including the obvious inclusion of people. But there other ways as well, including picking warmer colors, but that does not explain the warmth of the last photograph, or the close up of the ancient writings - there is just something intrinsically warm about them. Anyway, here they are for your pleasure.
I love your India photos and that sunset pic is beautiful. Where were you when you took it?
ReplyDeleteThat picture was taken in Puntarenas, Costa Rica. A place I'll never forget.
ReplyDeleteThe title of this collection is very apt. And I simply love the sunset pic the best.
ReplyDeleteYou're right -- these pictures do give off warmth. Hard to pick, but the sunset is amazing (I have a soft spot for the sea), besides Costa Rica is one of the most beautiful places on earth, I wish I would visit it someday. I also love the thicket, and especially the old man with rugs -- there's a lot of philosophy in his thoughtfulness...
ReplyDeleteThanks, folks, for your comments. It's what keeps me going.
