Drachma, I think you need to return to the places where the first set was taken and take the photos again with your new camera! Haha, kidding, but it would be interesting to see the exact subject taken by the same photographer using two different cameras.

I completely agree with everything Stella said, too. :) Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12898206815398548285noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3755181960932959931.post-42808714808999219482012-08-15T15:53:51.825-07:002012-08-15T15:53:51.825-07:00All the pictures are marvellous -- I especially lo...All the pictures are marvellous -- I especially love the waterfall shot, although the second set is somewhat technically superior. A good camera does indeed make a difference, lens is the key, and to a lesser degree a good sensor, but it takes skill to make the most of your gear.
An excellent pianist won't produce beautiful tone on a low quality piano, and a lousy pianist will make even the best piano sound horrible. The tool is nearly as important as skill. Someone has rightly said, a camera is only as good as the cameraman. It really is the photographer that makes the shot though, and no matter how much 'improved' the camera is, it won't ever make up for a lack of skill.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3755181960932959931.post-7192156633268070942012-08-14T20:45:31.091-07:002012-08-14T20:45:31.091-07:00I heard this recently: The best camera is the one ...I heard this recently: The best camera is the one you have with you.
